Custom Artwork
- All custom art (portraits, illustrations, designs) is made-to-order and non-refundable once work has begun.
- If there’s an issue with the final artwork (e.g., damaged delivery, incorrect details), please contact us within 7 days.
Physical Product Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide clear photo evidence.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Digital Products
No refunds for completed digital files unless the file is corrupted or incorrect due to our error.
